Here is an economic plan for Canada during the Corona virus crisis:

1) the government/FED should set the interest rate to zero for retail banks*

2) government should make sure no bank is charging interest or principal on any primary home of residence for people who are not working

3) government should separate investment banking from retail banking. 

4) government should give basic income to support people who are not working

5) to cut down on cost government should nationalize utility (water/electricity, transportation..) and basic commodity (gas, sugar, wheat…)

6) to make up the money needed government should cut all or most of the military budget, increase taxes on second home owners,  create a new tax bracket (85% +) for people making over one million dollars

7) government should expand services. Health care should also cover drugs, eyes and dental health. Higher education should be made free of charge.

8) To decrease corruption all government meetings should be recorded and made public by having it publishing on the internet. No government representative should have any relationship with the private sector.

9) To protect privacy all intelligence agencies should be dismantled and spying should be made illegal (terrorism should be dealt with as a crime by the police)

10) Finally government should make these changes permanent even after the Corona virus is gone.
