ADAS BASRA MASALA
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lentils
- 2 Dried lime (Noomi Basra)
- 2 small Maggi cubes
- 1 table spoon Masala spices
- 1/2 cup of full cream
Instructions:
Wash the lentils pour cold water over it. add the 2 dried limes and the 2 small Maggi cubes and the Masala spice. Boil for 30 minutes, add the 1/2 cup of cream and 1 cup of water and boil for another 15 min.
